REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Luna Note, provided by Telic Corporation Limited. By purchasing or subscribing to Luna Note, you agree to the refund terms set out below.
1. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
- 3-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund within 3 days of purchasing an annual subscription
- Partial Refund Only: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining 11 months of your subscription
- The first month is non-refundable
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds under any circumstances
- One-time payments: No refunds under any circumstances
- Partial billing periods: No refunds for unused time within a billing period
- Cancelled subscriptions: No refunds after cancellation - access continues until end of current billing period
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email support@getlunanote.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
4. REFUND RESTRICTIONS
- Refunds are not available if:
- Your account has been terminated for violating the Terms of Service
- You have been banned for abuse, reselling, or prohibited activities
- The 3-day window has expired (for annual subscriptions)
- You purchased a monthly subscription or one-time payment
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.
To cancel, log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel
6. PROCESSING TIMELINE
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account
- We will notify you via email when the refund is initiated

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered email address. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of Luna Note after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.

BY PURCHASING OR SUBSCRIBING TO LUNA NOTE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
